Mike and Seth have made my recent transition over to Texas Pool & Spa so easy! Already, my pool is in better shape (even with recent Texas rains!) than it has been for the past few months under my previous pool company. Seth is very knowledgeable and clearly enthusiastic about his job -- which shines through in how well my pool is being taken care of. My previous pool company left a lot to be desired -- during their weekly visit, they would only be on-site for 10 to 15 minutes for a quick brushing and chemical balance. They never emptied my skimmer baskets, never skimmed for leaves (at the top or bottom of the pool), and always told me that anything extra they did would be the price of a full month's weekly services. Oh, and the last month that I employed them? They didn't show up.

Fast forward to Texas Pool & Spa. I've seen their trucks around town and they struck me as a reliable, professional business. I took the chance and called them. Seth came out the next day (a Tuesday) to evaluate my (now sadly green and full of algae) pool and immediately started treatment. He had terrific advice on how to handle the pool for the rest of the week, and promised to return on Saturday to check in, with regular service starting the following Thursday. Sure enough, Saturday morning at 9am, he was in our backyard, checking chemicals and scrubbing the sides. Color us impressed! We peeked out the back windows when Seth was here for his most recent Thursday cleaning -- he was here for over an hour! Balancing the chemicals, doing a *thorough* scrubbing of the pool sides and floor, and light vacuuming. This is exactly what we *thought* we were paying for from our previous pool company, and are so glad to see this kind of enthusiasm and professionalism from Seth. I've been very pleased with the automated / emailed review of work performed, as well as my interactions with Mike for billing. I recommend them to anyone who doesn't want to handle the hassle of balancing their pool chemicals themselves! Seth and his team have a wealth of knowledge and I look forward to making some improvements on my pool / equipment in the future under their guidance and services. - Jennifer Berthiaume

Since taking over for my previous pool people my pool has never been better. Chad does a fantastic job and always answers my email questions in super quick time. They are very responsive and have helped me with a couple of tough repair issues. Great folks and I highly recommend them!

We our in the process of purchasing a home and wanted someone to check out the pool to make sure it was in good shape. I spoke with Seth on the phone and we set up a time for Chad to come and check the pool out. He was able to go over the pool system and explained things to me. He answered my questions and left me feeling confident that we were purchasing a home with a good pool. He even noticed that the pool was low on something (I know nothing about pool so I don't recall what it was) and he took care of it. I didn't sign up for routine service because we are still in the process of purchasing the home but if we decide to in the future, we will use them for sure. - Amanda M.
